Pick-up impression screw for the Dentium bone level implant system, used to secure the open-tray pick-up impression component to the implant during impression taking and to release it from the implant before tray removal.

Function:

The pick-up screw passes through the impression component and threads into the implant, holding the component firmly in place while the impression material sets. Once the material has fully set, the screw is loosened through the access hole in the impression tray, allowing the tray — with the impression component embedded in the set material — to be removed from the mouth. The lab analog is then attached to the impression component before model pouring.
