🧾 Return & Refund Policy – ImplantsKart

1. Our Commitment to You

At ImplantsKart, we understand that every implant case is critical. Our policies are designed to provide flexibility to dentists while ensuring patient safety, product integrity, and traceability.


2. Standard Returns (Within 30 Days)

The following products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery:

Unopened Products

  • Must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and manufacturer labels must be intact

Opened but Not Used Products

  • Product must not have been placed in a patient

  • Must remain unused and uncompromised

  • Original packaging, batch numbers, and labels must be intact

Conditions

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval

Returns beyond 30 days are not accepted under this category.


3. Clinically Failed Implants (Up to 2 Years)

We offer extended support for implants that have been placed and subsequently failed clinically.

Eligible Only If:

  • Implant was placed in a patient and subsequently failed

  • Pre-operative and post-operative radiographs (X-rays) are mandatory

  • Return request is made within 2 years from the date of purchase

  • Original packaging, batch number, and manufacturer labels are available

  • Product traceability can be verified

Mandatory Submission

All such cases must be submitted through the Implant Failure / Non-Usage Declaration Form, including:

  • Case details and reason for failure

  • Pre-operative and post-operative radiographs

  • Clear images of the implant (if retrievable)

  • Image of packaging with batch details

  • Clinical notes (if available)

Claims without radiographic evidence will not be considered.

Important Conditions

  • Applicable only for genuine clinical failure cases

  • Subject to technical review and validation

  • Approval depends on documentation, clinical justification, and manufacturer guidelines

  • ImplantsKart reserves the right to approve or reject any claim

Not Eligible

  • Missing packaging or batch labels

  • Incomplete documentation

  • Unverifiable traceability

  • Improper clinical handling (if evident)


4. Packaging & Traceability (Mandatory)

For all returns:

  • Original packaging must be returned

  • Manufacturer labels and batch numbers must be intact and clearly visible

  • Product must match our records

Returns without traceability will not be accepted.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear product images

Resolution:

  • Replacement OR

  • Full refund (if applicable)


6. Services (Non-Refundable)

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Treatment planning

  • Case support

  • Surgical guide design

Exception:
Refund may be considered only if:

  • Work has not started

  • Request is made within 12 hours of payment


7. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled

  • Full refund issued

After Dispatch:

  • Cancellation is not allowed

  • Return policy applies


8. Return & Claim Process

To initiate a return or claim:

  • Order details

  • Reason for return/claim

  • Supporting images/videos

For opened or failed implant cases, submission through the Declaration Form is mandatory.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


9. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Amount is credited to the original payment method

  • Bank/payment processing timelines may vary


10. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

  • Proper packaging during return is the sender’s responsibility

  • ImplantsKart is not liable for damage during return transit


11. Important Notes

  • Dentists are responsible for correct product selection

  • Guidance provided is advisory only

  • Final clinical responsibility lies with the dentist

  • Minor variations in packaging/branding may occur

Sterile medical products once used are non-returnable except under the clinical failure policy defined above.
