1. Our Shipping Commitment At ImplantsKart, we understand the importance of timely delivery for clinical procedures across India. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping to dental professionals Pan-India. All products are dispatched with care to ensure product integrity and sterility are maintained during transit.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- In case of any delay, our team will proactively inform you via WhatsApp or email
- A GST invoice will be issued and shared with every shipment for your records
3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India — metros, tier-2, and tier-3 cities
- For bulk, urgent, or special-case orders, custom shipping arrangements may be made
- Contact us before placing urgent orders to confirm availability and timelines
4. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days
- Timelines may vary based on location (metro / non-metro / remote), product availability, and courier partner performance
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- For planned clinical procedures, we strongly recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days in advance
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional thresholds

7. Medical Device Packaging & Sterility All dental implants and components are dispatched in manufacturer-sealed, tamper-evident packaging to ensure sterility and product integrity.
- Products are shipped at ambient temperature; sterility is maintained by the manufacturer's original packaging
- If the outer packaging appears tampered, damaged, or breached upon delivery — do not use the product and notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence
- ImplantsKart is not responsible for sterility compromise resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery
8. Delivery & Responsibility
- Ensure accurate shipping details at the time of order
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
9. Delivery Issues (Important) In case of damaged package, missing items, or incorrect product — notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the package and product
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
- Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- ImplantsKart is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or force majeure events
- In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and minimise disruption
- We recommend placing orders in advance for planned clinical procedures
11. Special / Case-Based Orders
- Products ordered under treatment planning or surgical guide cases may have different timelines
- Estimated delivery will be communicated during the case workflow
12. Return Shipping
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified
- Customers are responsible for safe packaging during return transit
- ImplantsKart is not liable for damage during return transit
