The MIS Lance Plus is a narrow-diameter tapered implant with an internal hex connection and SLA-treated surface, engineered specifically for sites with limited bone width where standard-diameter implants cannot be placed. Its narrow profile preserves the buccal plate and avoids the need for bone augmentation in space-restricted sites.
