The Super Line scan body is placed on the implant prior to intraoral scanning. Its precisely defined geometry is recognised by compatible CAD/CAM software, allowing the software to calculate the exact implant position, depth, and orientation in three dimensions. This data is used to design and mill a custom abutment and crown or bridge framework with accurate fit and emergence profile. The hex and non-hex variants correspond to the internal connection type of the Super Line implant, and the collar height and scan body height options allow selection based on tissue depth and available scanning clearance.
