Function:

The bone level implant keeper is placed directly into the implant connection immediately after placement or at second-stage surgery. It protects the internal connection from contamination, food debris, and bacterial ingress while the peri-implant soft tissue heals and matures. The dome profile (5 mm platform) provides a rounded emergence that supports soft tissue contouring, while the flat profile (4.2 mm platform) offers a lower-profile option suited to cases with limited interarch space. The range of height options (1–5 mm) accommodates varying tissue depths across both profile types.

Indications:

Indicated for use during the osseointegration and soft tissue healing phase following bone level implant placement or second-stage uncovering.
