Function:

The bone level implant keeper is placed directly into the implant connection immediately after placement or at second-stage surgery. It protects the internal connection from contamination, food debris, and bacterial ingress while the peri-implant soft tissue heals and matures around the implant. The range of height options (3.5 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.5 mm) accommodates varying tissue depths, ensuring the keeper can be correctly positioned at or just above the tissue surface regardless of the soft tissue thickness at the implant site.
